DTZ-450BG surface sensor calibrator system is mainly used to calibrate L-type sensors and surface sensors of various sizes and types, such as thermistors, film sensors, surface resistance thermometers, strip sensors, surface thermocouples, etc.
DTZ-450BG surface sensor calibrator consists of a controller and a heater. It is easy to operate and intuitive to display. Simply set the temperature to start heating. The temperature rises quickly and the multi-stage PID temperature control is accurate.
DTZ-450BG surface sensor calibrator has an effective use range up to 130mm in diameter, and has a communication interface, which can be selected to communicate with a computer.

In order to achieve the ultimate calibration accuracy, the design engineer specially reserved a thermometer socket at the bottom of the aluminum surface, a platinum resistance thermometer with a diameter of 3mm can be inserted as a standard for comparative calibration, which greatly improves the calibration accuracy.

Surface sensors are often difficult to calibrate because it is difficult to find a flat, uniform surface temperature source. The measuring surface adopts "aerospace composite material coating", which has high hardness, good wear resistance and high thermal conductivity, which can ensure that the calibrated sensor is in good contact with the surface temperature calibrator, thereby reducing the calibration uncertainty.
Accurate and stable temperature control, small overshoot temperature
The device provides a variety of parameter options for users to choose, including setting the PID parameters of three different temperature ranges of high, medium and low, the inflection point between different temperatures, and the alarm temperature.
