DTSL Pro Intelligent Temperature Humidity Meter Automatic Verification System is a new Temperature Humidity Meter photo identification and verification system developed by Tai'an Dearto. The system is composed of a full series of temperature humidity verification chambers (DTSL series, DTLH series), precision dew point instrument, industrial camera, camera robot, database management software (automatic image recognition system) and automatic verification system. The system can realize the automatic unattended verification of temperature and hygrometer, support multi-point automatic temperature control, humidity control, temperature and hygrometer automatic positioning, automatic photography, automatic identification, automatic calculation, automatic determination, can be used for the automatic verification of mechanical thermo-hygrometer and digital thermo-hygrometer.
DTSL Pro intelligent thermo-hygrometer automatic verification system, customers can according to different requirements, different work scenarios custom choice working mode, Tai'an Dearto respectively provides three sets of different working mode of hyrometer scheme, respectively for unattended-automatic photograph and identification system, unattended-automatic camera system, and intelligent auxiliary verification system.
(1) Unattended-automatic photograph and identification system (DTSL Pro-svr3): automatically control the temperature and humidity of the verification chamber, monitor the temperature and humidity value of the verification chamber in real time through the dew point instrument, and automatically make the stability judgment. When the stable conditions are met, the system automatically controls the camera robot and the industrial camera to locate each inspected thermometer for photo archiving. At the same time, it automatically identifies the photos, identifies the temperature and humidity values, and automatically enters them into the system. When all the verification points are completed, the verification results are automatically calculated and the verification conclusion is given.
(2) Unmanned-automatic camera system (DTSL Pro-svr2): the system automatically controls the temperature and humidity of the verification chamber, monitors the temperature and humidity value of the verification chamber in real time through the dew point instrument, and automatically makes the stability judgment. When the stable conditions are met, the system automatically controls the camera robot and industrial camera to locate each inspected thermometer for photography and archiving. When all the verification points are completed, the user is prompted to process them. Users only need to spend a few minutes to input the inspected data according to the inspected pictures, and the system automatically calculates the verification results and gives the verification conclusion.
(3)Intelligent auxiliary verification system (DTSL Pro-svr1): the system automatically controls the temperature and humidity of the verification chamber, monitors the temperature and humidity value of the verification chamber in real time through the dew point instrument, and automatically makes the stability judgment. When the stable conditions are met, the system automatically collects the standard data, and then notifies the user to input the inspected data through the multimedia voice prompt. After clicking OK, the system will continue to run automatically. Next time the conditions are met, continue to input data through multimedia voice. After the verification is completed, the verification results are automatically calculated and the verification conclusion is given.

3. Artificial intelligence learning system:
The biggest advantage of the system is that it has the ability to automatically learn, and the recognition of new thermo-hygrometers can be added later. The recognition part is an independent module that can be upgraded independently. For the new type of thermo-hygrometer, the user only needs to provide a picture of the thermo-hygrometer. After training, the identification of the new thermo-hygrometer can be realized by upgrading the identification module.
4. Fast recognition rate and high efficiency:
The medium temperature and humidity verification chamber in the system will be controlled in accordance with the verification points according to the requirements of the regulation. When each verification point is stable, the system will wait for 30 minutes according to the regulation requirements for automatic collection. During the whole verification process, the photo identification time is basically negligible compared to the temperature and humidity control and stability time.
